講座內(nèi)容：

Issues related to time and change have been looming large in current organizational research on such topics as performance, well-being, justice, and leadership. This talk will cover theoretical and methodological issues related to examining change, especially in micro management research. Theoretical issues may include how such an approach will make theoretical contributions above and beyond many current practices. Methods that can be adopted to examine change will also be discussed, including latent growth modelling and latent change score analyses.

報(bào)告人：李文東，現(xiàn)任香港中文大學(xué)助理教授，曾在堪薩斯州立大學(xué)擔(dān)任助理教授，是組織行為學(xué)領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)秀學(xué)者。李文東教授科研實(shí)力非常突出，研究領(lǐng)域涉及The antecedents and consequences of proactivity in three areas: leadership, work design, and career success, Role time, Leader development, Passion, and Mindfulness等。其多數(shù)文章發(fā)表在國際頂尖期刊上，如Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, the Leadership Quarterly，Journal of Organizational Behavior等，此外，他的著作也刊登在《經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)人》、《今日美國》、《每日電訊報(bào)》和《華盛頓郵報(bào)》等的媒體雜志。
