Abstract: This talk identified the research blocks of service science and the critical components of a service system. An extensive literature review is reported and potential research areas are identified. Finally some barriers and research directions are discussed.

李有仁(Eldon Y. Li)教授簡介：

李有仁博士(Eldon Y. Li)臺灣政治大學資訊管理學系之教授乃美國加州理工州立大學(San Luis Obispo校區(qū))之資深榮譽教授。曾任臺灣政治大學之大學講座教授(2005/8-2011/7)、商學院「服務創(chuàng)新頂尖研究中心」之創(chuàng)辦人暨中心主任(2008/3-2009/7)、「創(chuàng)新育成中心」之計畫主持人兼中心主任(2007/10-2012/2)；元智大學資訊管理學系教授兼資訊學院院長暨資訊社會研究所所長（2003-2005）；國科會研究計畫複審委員(2004-2005)；全國大學評鑑委員(2005, 2007)；美國加州理工州立大學(San Luis Obispo校區(qū))之商學院管理學系資深教授(1982/1-2007/3)暨管理資訊系統(tǒng)學程主任(1986-1989; 2001-2003)；臺灣中正大學資訊管理研究所之教授暨創(chuàng)所所長（1994-1996）；香港中文大學之客座教授（1999-2000）。他畢業(yè)於臺灣之政治大學國際貿易學系(1975)，並擁有美國德州理工大學之資訊系統(tǒng)與數量科學碩士(1978)與博士(1982)學位。他曾於美國Quality Assurance Institute期刊(2次)、臺灣「中山管理評論」、「資訊與教育」期刊、以及美國華人企管教授學會之年會上，五度獲得第一名論文獎。他並於1995年及2004年榮獲臺灣國科會之傑出研究獎，以及臺灣中正大學之服務與貢獻榮譽獎章。 2003年榮獲財團法人徐有庠先生紀念基金會頒贈第二屆有庠傑出教授獎。李教授在美國擁有資訊教師與生產暨存貨管理之兩種執(zhí)照。他曾經擔任美國中小企業(yè)管理處之管理顧問，美國 IBM Corp. 之客座軟體科學家，美國 Bechtel Corp.之軟體品質專家，以及臺灣經濟部工業(yè)局軟體產業(yè)服務團之軟體生產力顧問。他曾在國內外期刊及年會上發(fā)表了二百多篇有關於資訊科技之規(guī)劃與影響、軟體工程、行銷資訊系統(tǒng)與品質管理等之論文。他的文章出現於Communications of the ACM, Computers & Education, Information & Management, Information Resources Management Journal, Journal of Computer Information Systems, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice, Journal of Quality Assurance Institute, Journal of Systems Management, Quality Data Processing, 等期刊上。他曾任國際電子商務學會(ICEB)之創(chuàng)辦人兼執(zhí)行長、2007 年年會舉辦人及2008年會長，2006-2007行政院 NICI 國際合作組遴聘之電子商務專家，美西決策科學學會( WDSI)之 2001年年會舉辦人及 2002年會長，國際華人資訊系統(tǒng)學會(ICISA)之1998年會長暨Communications of the ICISA主編，亞太決策科學學會( APDSI)2001-2003之祕書長、2005年年會舉辦人及2007 年會長，美國 Quarterly Journal of Electronic Commerce之編輯委員， Decision Support Systems(荷蘭)、 International Journal of Service Industry Management (英國)、Journal of Global Information Management(美國)、Quarterly Journal of Electronic Commerce(美國)、Total Quality Management (英國)等期刊之特刊編輯、「全球創(chuàng)新服務研發(fā)聯(lián)盟亞太分會」(SriiAP) 學界指導委員、財團法人「商業(yè)發(fā)展研究院」 (CDRI) 與「工業(yè)技術研究院」 (ITRI) 資深顧問、以及「政大出版社」之出版委員暨編輯委員會之商學學門召集人。他目前是瑞士International Journal of Electronic Business (IJEB)、International Journal of Information and Computer Security (IJICS)、International Journal of Internet and Enterprise Management (IJIEM)、International Journal of Internet Marketing and Advertising (IJIMA)之創(chuàng)辦人兼總編輯。並擔任美國Idea Group Publisher之Advances in Electronic Business之叢書創(chuàng)辦人兼總編輯，臺灣之「資管評論」國際版( MIS Review: An International Journal )之創(chuàng)辦人兼總編輯，荷蘭Information & Management、美國The Journal of Quality Assurance Institute、International Journal of Management Theory and Practice、臺灣之「資訊管理學報」( Journal of Information Management)以及「電子商務學報」(Journal of e-Business)之編輯委員。
