Dr. Tang’s research and teaching interests are in strategy, organization theory, and entrepreneurship. His recent 

research focuses on how corporate executives’ psychological characteristics affect firm strategic decisions and 

performance. Dr. Tang’s research work has been published in leading management journals including Academy of 

Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, and Journal of Management. Dr. Tang currently sits on the 

editorial board of Strategic Management Journal.
